The LMCA team in Latin America has been busy this summer actively attending industry trade shows and identifying new partnership opportunities for our brand clients. Earlier this June, our Senior Director, Brand Development, Mexico, Miriam Camara, attended Expo Seguridad Mexico, the the largest event for the security industry in Latin America, which is held together with the Expo Seguridad Industrial.
With over 150 exhibitors, +3600 m2 of exhibition floor, and more than 4,400 attendees from 34 countries, the event was buzzing with the latest trends and opportunities in the security sector.
The 3-day expo highlighted the newest technologies, solutions and knowledge for manufacturers, distributors, integrators and users, in Mexico and internationally, covering a range of products and solutions in security systems, such as alarms, surveillance, access control, cybersecurity, law enforcement, telecommunications, automation, artificial intelligence, vehicles, drones, and more.
From systems and infrastructure to equipment and tools, this event showcased the latest and greatest in security solutions. It was great to see established and emerging companies in the space for matchmaking opportunities with some of our brands such as Castrol and Cummins.
In July, LMCA’s Senior Director, Brand Development, Brazil, Martha Colpaert, attended EXPOMECANICA PERU 2022, the only International Exhibition of the Industry of Auto Parts, Mechanical Implements, and Automotive services. In its eighth year, the show is a great opportunity to generate business, connecting suppliers and manufacturers that offer the latest technologies, trends, and solutions for the repair and maintenance of light and heavy vehicles in a single space.
Expomecanica Peru 2022 was the perfect opportunity to connect with important members of the sector and have meeting opportunities on behalf of our clients.
Our brand client Castrol had a significant presence at the show through their distributors, who supported the brand with great exposure at the Expo, and we had many productive conversations about partnership opportunities with our brand clients in the automotive space.
