Coordinator (Strategy & Business Development), LMCA
LOCATION: LMCA's New York Office, 156 W. 56th Street, Suite 801, New York, NY 10019
Coordinate/respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and/or Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs) and create brand pitch decks for either representation or acquisition.
Identify trends and then potential brands for either representation or acquisition
Coordinating creative assets of the agency including website, social media, advertising, marketing, and all other physical and digital assets.
Drafting press releases, media content, and other communications of the agency.
Presenting professionally to existing clients, potential new clients, and at conferences and trade shows.
Supporting LMCA’s agency presence at trade shows including marketing & promotional materials.
Under the direction of the Managing Director, Latin America (MD, LATAM), supporting business development initiatives in the region including, but not limited to, assisting with compliance requirements for prospective new licensees, onboarding new licensees once signed, liaising with clients on matters related to business development in the region, and other relevant duties.
Using graphic design software (Adobe Suite or Canva), MS Office suite.
Working with Latin America, particularly Brazil, its culture, and customs, as well as Mexico and the US Hispanic market 50% or more of the time. Bilingual in English and Portuguese and able to converse in Spanish.
Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Business Management, or Business Administration or related. Plus 1 year experience in occupations in Business, Business Development, Market Research, Coordinator or related, Brand Licensing or related. Working with Latin America, particularly Brazil, its culture, and customs, as well as Mexico and the US Hispanic market 50% or more of the time. Bilingual in English and Portuguese and able to converse in Spanish.
$76,877 to $80,000 per year
