Reflecting on an Incredible Week at China Licensing Expo!

After 17 years of being in Shanghai, participating in this year's CLE gave us a wonderful opportunity to share our deep experience in what we often call "licensing's best kept secret" - corporate brand extension.
Through Ciaran Coyle's keynote speech at the China Licensing Forum and Sabrina Gu's presentation, we highlighted the growing momentum for corporate brand licensing in China. What truly energized us was witnessing firsthand the unique passion of Chinese consumers - particularly evident in the character licensing sector, where fan enthusiasm is absolutely contagious!
This consumer passion perfectly mirrors what we see in corporate brand licensing, albeit differently: while character licensing captures emotional connection, corporate licensing builds on deep-rooted brand trust and loyalty. It's this parallel that makes the Chinese market so exciting - consumers here form powerful bonds with brands they trust.
The connections and conversations at CLE showcased the vibrant future ahead, as demonstrated through our successful partnerships with global brands like Philips, Castrol, and Electrolux in the region. After nearly two decades in China, we're more excited than ever about the extraordinary opportunities for meaningful brand partnerships in this dynamic market.
