Yizan He
Managing Director
Yizan He is an international licensing executive with extensive experience
structuring and managing complex corporate brand licensing and technology
licensing relationships in Asia.
Prior to joining LMCA Asia, Yizan was the cofounder and managing director
of the pioneering brand and technology licensing agency in Asia, Eivio
Pte Ltd., based in Singapore. In 2004, Yizan extended the practice
to mainland China. Equipped with rich experience in international
marketing, and knowledge of Asian markets and culture, Yizan has successfully
structured a number of licensing deals for U.S. Fortune 500 companies
in Asia. In additional to skills in negotiation and deal structuring,
Yizan has built extensive relationships with leading Asian enterprises
and licensing-related organizations.
Born and raised in Shanghai, Yizan completed his Electronic and Computer
Engineering studies in 1996 at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore with
a scholarship awarded by ST Microelectronics. He subsequently earned
a degree in Management with Law from the University of London. Yizan
has been the guest speaker at numerous intellectual property seminars
in both Singapore and China and he has published numerous articles
on the topic of brand licensing. |
